I am fully vaccinated for COVID, and seeing clients both in home, and via Telehealth. 

All in person visits are conducted using CDC guidelines.

As an experienced parent of 9 children, I have been where you are. I know how overwhelming and challenging it is to be a first time parent, to worry about the baby's development, birth, newborn care and safety.  A new baby brings so much joy, too.  Let me arm you with the knowledge and provide support that you'll need, to grow in confidence as a parent, as your family grows.

 I believe that pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding are special, emotional and sacred times for families. It is my belief that everyone deserves to be listened to about their needs, and concerns during these precious moments.

I recognize that every family, every birth, and every baby is unique. What works for some will not work for others.  I respect your right to choose the birth choices, feeding choices and parenting style that works best for your family.

My desire is to promote and encourage natural childbirth, breastfeeding, infant safety, and family bonding in the community, as well as to provide evidence based information, support and consultations to parents and expectant parents and their families.
