Lactation Classes

Beginning Lactation   

 Research from around the world shows breastfeeding is the healthiest choice for both mother and baby. Breastfeeding is a natural and learned process. Moms, dads and grandparents are all invited to take these informative classes. Classes are 2 hours long and include an information session, video presentation, handouts, and demonstrations of latch technique, followed by a question and answer session.

Pumping Basics

This one hour class covers everything you'll need to know about pumping and storing your milk as you prepare to go back to work or school. It is ideally taken one to two months prior to returning to work.
